Steeped in rich Canadian Francophone history, the excitement of Winter Carnaval at St. Giovanni Battista Scalabrini is fast approaching starting the week of Monday, February 9, 2026. We have a fun, exciting and educational week of student-centered activities planned in recognition of the importance of Canadian Francophone culture and the French language.

As an additional part of this celebration, the school would like to offer students the option of purchasing some favourite Carnaval themed foods for order from one of our hot lunch vendors, Eggsmart, and an icy treat from Terra Cotta. All foods are nut free!

All orders will be distributed to students in time for their lunch period on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
